Special Actions Defense Corporation (SADC) is a Private Military Company that recruits in the Middle East and Europe. SADC operates primarily in Latin America, Asia, Europe, and Coastal Africa.

History[]
SADC was formed by a group of Military Veterans from across Europe in 1996. The original SADC members saved their money as often as possible, and they completed their missions using civilian firearms and weapons stolen from those who they were sent to fight. The SADC, utilizing this tactic, was able to gather large amounts of funds, enabling them to purchase more, and more modern equipment than other PMCs were able to. However, with such large amounts of money, they were corrupted by it, and they were paid, on August 3, 2005, to break into the Israeli Embassy in London and capture or kill everyone inside. SADC began planning their mission. An MI6 agent tried to infiltrate the organization after MI6 got an anonymous tip, but the agent's cover was blown and he was killed.
Desparate, MI6 called upon the Knight Hawks, another PMC, to stop the attack before it started. On October 6th, 2005, the Knight Hawks, using equipment supplied by the SAS and GIGN, broke into the SADC's Paris Annex and prevented the mission. Ever since then, SADC has been at odds with the Knight Hawks, and has, on more than one occasion, attacked the Knight Hawks' annexes.
SADC refuses to fight Special International Low-Profile Operations (SILO), another PMC, despite SILO being an ally of the Knight Hawks. SILO has respected SADC's lack of open hostility towards themselves and also refuses to aid the Knight Hawks in fighting SADC.
