The ARMIN (Armored Infantry) are mechs about four times as tall as a human that are featured in Paradox.

Description[]

The ARMIN is an 5th Generation of the Military Walkers that taking the nearly-humanoid form unlike its previous generation. It's the most sophisticated and practical war machine ever made and used in combat. The ARMIN parts are replacable and can be used for various role both in combat an non-combat. Unlike any other previous walkers, the ARMIN has its own firearms that can be operated using its hand. although some of its part -mostly in shoulder parts- can also be attached with various of armaments such as Mini MLRS and Medium Anti-Tank Cannon or Artillery. .

Terminology[]

  • AB or Airborne = Airborne-ARMIN, an ARMIN variant that usually dropped by superfortress plane instead of helicopter. It has a turbo jet on its back to slow it down during the fall.
  • AK or Assaulter = Assault Kit Variant, an ARMIN variant that mainly used 20mm Autocanon as its main weapon.
  • AT = All-Terrain, a ARMIN that being modified to use in all types of terrain.
  • AV = Artillery Variant of the ARMIN, mounted with 105mm Howler cannon on its back.
  • BK or Brawler = Brawler Kit Variant, an ARMIN variant that using an "Steel Gloves" as its weapon for close-quarter combat. The MAWS firearms still compatible with this variant.
  • HF = Heavy Foot, an ARMIN that being modified to sustain damage on its leg. Also useful in urban and other solid terrain.
  • RK or Rocketeer = Rocketeer Kit Variant, a ARMIN variant that priparly use Rocket Launchers as its main weapon.
  • TK or Tanker = Tanker Kit Variant, a ARMIN variant that heavily armored and used either Assault Shield or 40mm Machine Cannon (or for some occasion, both) as its weapon.
  • Wheeler = a nARMIN variant that use wheel instead of legs as it's locomotive system.

  • During the interview with Keita Tanonaka, he explain that the ARMIN mech is inspired from Real Life Kuratas robot as well as the mech from Armored Trooper VOTOMS and the eponymous Titan from Titanfall.
