"Deadly at a medium to long range, the M110 SASS, delivers a powerful punch. Stay hidden and watch key points to do some real damage. Just watch out for close quarter battles and keep your sidearm handy."
―In-game description

The M110 SASS appears in all three gamemodes and is designated as the M110 in-game.

The M110 SASS has only one appearance in 121 Stories as one of Calvin "Saint" Silex's starting weapons.

The M110 SASS is unlocked at level 48. It fits the bill for a standard sniper rifle, with good overall traits, versatility and good damage to effectively put down enemies at a distance. It functions much like previous powerful semi-automatic snipers and essentially a combination of the SVDK's fire rate and MSR's power. Like all snipers, it has no damage reduction over range, however it does reduce its one-shot kill zone up to the upper chest, shoulders and head if it is put with a Silencer.

Compared to the other snipers, it has significantly less recoil, allowing for the deaths of multiple enemies in a quicker timeframe as the bolt-action rifles will require a bolt cycle before being able to fire again. The OSV-96 has heavy recoil and takes a bit longer to recenter aim after firing. Thus, it makes a good lethal weapon in funneled areas, where enemies can often wander right into the kill zone.

It is highly recommended to keep a fast reactive piece of equipment, as close quarters specialists will be ready to dislodge you from your sniper's nest.

The M110 SASS appears in the Mystery Box for 950 points. Like most snipers, it is a weapon frequently passed due to the small magazine, moderate damage and overall ineffectiveness in close quarters. It does remain a good weapon for scoring headshots, as they will always be one shot kills until the beginning of the twenties. Magazine size is 10 rounds with 60 reserve.

It is Pack-a-Punched into the Sir Tristan where it will gain a magazine and damage increase with the Ballistics CPU and Variable Zoom attachment. Like all snipers, it can kill multiple funneled zombies in one shot.
