The FAD was a confirmed weapon early in Warzone: Shade's development, but was announced that it was scrapped. It is set to be replaced by the T2 MK5.

The FAD appears as an enemy weapon in the campaign. It is a more common found weapon.

The FAD is unlocked at level 8 and costs 2500 Credits. It has a fast rate of fire but low damage, it is best used for close and medium range combat, where it is more than a match for other ARs and rivals many SMGs in effectiveness. Due to it's recoil, it's rather difficult to kill anyone beyond medium range while firing full-auto.
For an aggressive stealth class, equip the FAD with aRed Dot Sight and Silencer. Keep up your ammo supply with Scavenger to take advantage of the FAD’s suppressive abilities without the worry of running dry halfway into enemy territory.
