Douglas Halifax is a Marine who participated in World War IV with his squadmates James West, Miles Watson, Kyle Nelson, Travis O'Sheas, Michael Collins and Jeffrey McKinley.
Biography
Early Life
Douglas Halifax was born as the eldest of seven children in Vermont. During his childhood years, he frequently moved from city to city, eventually returning to Vermont. His parents frequently encouraged him and his siblings to join the Armed Forces.
When he turned 12, his parents could not afford to pay for his education so he dropped out of school, working many different jobs until he turned 18, when he decided to join the US Marine Corps.
Military Service
Halifax enlisted on the Marine Expeditionary Force in 2007; his first deployment being in Iraq, serving for four months before returning in September 2007. Afterwards he continued on numerous other operations across the globe, with his last major operation being on Somalia, as part of a quick reaction force to deter a terrorist uprising in 2014, before World War IV.
