The Desert Eagle is a high-caliber handgun featured in Warzone: Iron Wolf.

Warzone: Iron Wolf

The Desert Eagle appears in all three gamemodes, but only usable in multiplayer and zombies.

Campaign

The Desert Eagle appears mostly in cutscenes. In gameplay, "Seraph" carries one as his sidearm.

Multiplayer

"The fifty caliber rounds of the Desert Eagle use ferocious stopping power to put down enemies. Close range shots will deal heavy damage while the high recoil tends to be less efficient at range."
―In-game description

The Desert Eagle is the final handgun unlocked. It boasts a very high damage and firecap, although recoil is the highest of all handguns. This can make tracking long ranged targets harder or throwing aim off target much easier when rapidly firing. At close range, this weapon is difficult to compete with compared to other handguns due to the high fire rate and heavy damage. It reloads faster than its .44 Magnum rival.

It is best to have the weapon settle down before firing another shot, although this will sacrifice speed for accuracy. Using the Compensator is a good choice, extending maximum damage out even further. In addition, Dual Wield can also work well, reducing on-screen recoil.

The Desert Eagle is one of three handguns that can have the Long Barrel attachment.

Weapon Attachments

  • FMJ Rounds
  • Laser Sight
  • Compensator
  • Long Barrel
  • Tactical Knife
  • Dual Wield

Zombies

Desert Eagle can be obtained from the Mystery Box for 950 points. It functions well as a sidearm, being able to kill zombies with a single shot up until about round 14. This should not be used as a primary, as it will run out of ammo quickly, despite being still powerful. Kick will be significantly lower than its multiplayer counterpart, but still high enough to temporarily throw off any following shots. Has 7 rounds with 49 in reserve.

Pack-a-Punch will turn it into the Desert Scout in reference to Eagle Scouts. The damage and magazine size will be increased, but recoil remains the same. It is a useful upgraded sidearm, providing both power and mobility when necessary, killing in one shot until roughly round 27. Magazine size of 10 and 70 reserve.

Warzone: Shade

"Semi-Automatic, high caliber rounds deal heavy damage with high recoil."
―In-game description

The Desert Eagle returns in Warzone: Shade.

Campaign

The Desert Eagle appears in Cloak of Darkness where it can't be used. The player will finally be able to wield a Desert Eagle for the only time in Gaia.

Multiplayer

As tradition, the Desert Eagle is the final handgun unlocked at level 40.

Rampant

The Desert Eagle can be selected as one of the starting handguns. It can be upgraded to have a Tactical Knife for a faster and more powerful melee, Muzzle Brake for reduced recoil and increased damage at range, Dual Wield for increased ammo and firepower or Extended Mags for an incease in ammo capacity.
