Premise[]
Based on the game Call of Duty: World at War, 2,217 Kilometers: A Call of Duty Story is a gripping prequel to Black Ops: A Call of Duty Story that tells a tale of friendship between a Soviet officer and a young private as they fight through the Battle of Stalingrad all the way to Berlin.
The film borrows much of its story from the Russian campaign featured in the game, but makes some small changes and introduces an element of non-linear storytelling.
